Eve builds AI for the plaintiff bar. Its platform, EveOS, is organized around five components: Intake (24/7 call answering, lead qualification, and contract signing), Atlas (a data layer that structures records, bills, and calls without manual entry), Auditor (nightly case review that flags missed injuries, treatment gaps, and outstanding actions), Agents (drafting demands, discovery, motions, and routine admin), and Analyst (natural-language querying of firm metrics such as revenue, margin, and settlement pacing).

The practice coverage is plaintiff-side rather than general: personal injury, labor and employment, medical malpractice, Social Security and disability, and workers' compensation. Eve reports 1,200+ plaintiff firms on the platform, more than 200,000 cases processed annually, and firms collectively recovering over $3.5 billion in settlements and judgments.

Eve was founded in 2023 by Jay Madheswaran (CEO), Matt Noe (CPO), and David Zeng (chief architect), and is headquartered in San Mateo, California. In September 2025 it raised a $103M Series B led by Spark Capital — with Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed, and Menlo Ventures participating — at a valuation above $1 billion, after adding roughly 350 firms in the preceding eight months.

On data handling, Eve states that case data is encrypted and isolated per firm, user, and workflow and is "never used to train shared models," and reports SOC 2 Type 2 certification and HIPAA compliance. It does not disclose which foundation models it uses.

Eve does not publish pricing, and the third-party figures in circulation disagree sharply — one review estimates attorney-level access near $500/user/month while another offers only generic $100-$300/user/month market benchmarks it does not attribute to Eve — so no reliable public price exists.
