AI workspace for legal professionals with deep Swiss-law research, article-by-article commentary, drafting, and legal translation.

Contract Review & DraftingLegal Research

Omnilex is an AI workspace built for legal professionals working under Swiss law, combining legal research over more than 700,000 Swiss court decisions and one million legal sources — statutes, commentaries, and official documents — with AI-generated article-by-article commentary.

Beyond research, the platform supports drafting, contract review, and document comparison, lets teams build custom no-code agents for repeated workflows, and includes legal translation that preserves document formatting. Work is organized into project workspaces with persistent chat history.

Omnilex is used by law firms, in-house legal departments, government and public-administration bodies, and insurance companies; customers reported in the press include Bayer Pharma and the Swiss Federal Chancellery. The Zurich-founded (2023) company raised a $4.5M seed round from Founderful.

The platform discloses using multiple frontier models — Claude, GPT, Mistral, Kimi, and Grok — rather than a single proprietary model. Omnilex does not publish a statement on whether customer data is used for model training, and pricing is not publicly listed; a 14-day free trial is offered.
